BIO-INSPIRED AWARENESS [2019]

This artefact is designed as a kit made out of a wall-hanging digitally printed on Belgian linen and hand-embroidered with viscose thread & Arches paper fragments painted with gouache and impregnated with essential oils of lavender (Lavandula officinalis) and peppermint (Mentha piperita) enclosed in between layers of Pergamenata paper through crochet. The fragments are to be inserted into pockets made of pineapple fabric embroidered on the front of the wall-hanging (as seen in the video below).
