NEST ENGAGEMENT [2016]

This artefact is designed as a kit made out of a wall-hanging screen printed on silk gauze that is hand-embroidered with Arches paper fragments decorated with a crocheted surface. Underneath the flower-shaped fragments the piece is infused with essential oil of lavender (Lavandula officinalis), and underneath the leaf-shaped fragments the piece is infused with essential oil of peppermint (Mentha piperita). All fragments are to be detached from the wall-hanging as seen in the video below.
